Stage 1 - MOFA 5 KD stamp on Degree
MOFA is the first stamping to be done on a degree certificate that has arrived in Kuwait after
the attestations from India have been completed.This is an attestation to be done with a 5 dinar
stamp from the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Kuwait.
Stage 2 - Certificate translation of Degree
The next stage in the attestation process is to translate the certificate into Arabic.
For this one should go to an authorized translation center and convert the degree certificates
into Arabic.
State 3 - MOJ 2 KD stamp on Translation.
This is the last stage in the attestation process.This is a Final attestation to be done with a 2
dinar stamp from the office of the Ministry of justice.
